How Investors Verify a Token or Liquidity Lock
Learn how to verify a token or LP lock on-chain: check the lock contract on the block explorer, confirm the amount, unlock time, and that it can't be withdrawn early.
To verify a lock, you read it directly on-chain instead of trusting a screenshot. A real lock shows the exact token, amount, owner, and unlock time in a contract anyone can inspect on the block explorer, and the contract has no early-withdraw or admin-override function. If you can't verify those facts on-chain, treat the 'lock' as unproven.
Checklist
- Open the lock's certificate and follow it to the block explorer (Blockscout on Robinhood Chain).
- Confirm the locked token address matches the project's real token.
- Confirm the amount and the unlock time.
- Confirm the lock contract's source is verified and has no early-exit function.
- For LP locks, confirm the LP token's underlying pair is the real pair.
Every Titan Locker lock has a shareable certificate URL and a verified contract on Blockscout, so verification takes under a minute.
